Recently, I paid a visit to the Lufthansa Airlines Chicago Office, and my visit was very enjoyable. I received an amazing welcome from the workers there and also very professional and patient help on all the inquiries I made on flights and booking. They explained to me the rules on baggage and assisted me with everything. Everything there is well organized and kept clean to provide a good environment for customers. I really enjoyed their customer service. It has provided me with a lot of confidence in flying with Lufthansa and would highly recommend it.
